WHAT WE DO:

Fine Telecommunications is an international Telecommunications and Cloud consulting firm, focused on providing the right technology solution for any sized business at the best price possible. We work with over 350 of the largest Telecommunication providers in the world (i.e. AT&T, CenturyLink, Comcast, inContact, Level 3, NTT) to ensure we give our customers options but also to help walk them through the strengths and weaknesses of each provider and make the best choice possible for their business.

WHY WE DO IT:

Back in 1995 we realized that many organizations throughout the world were being over charged on their telecom bills. In our analysis we found that many organizations didn’t even know they were being overcharged let alone the products and services that they were paying for. We also found that many of these companies had very little success in escalating any issues they had with the carriers. Because of these reasons the Fine Telecommunications brand was born. We believe it should be a seamless and ethical process for any business customer to source a telecommunications service at an affordable price. Our methods have been so effective many of the major carriers including Cox Business, have asked us to help them roll out their product lines and provide real world feedback on how they can provide a better overall customer experience.

OUR VALUE:

We evaluate term contracts, bills and services to ensure your company is getting the latest products and promotions. We help you work through any troubles that might arise. We are dedicated to providing a service that the carriers can’t. We will provide price quotes, design networks, and help you negotiate with the carriers. There is no pricing difference between going directly to the carrier versus working with us.
